Mint, optional;
a little cinnamon, optional.
You can adjust the amount of fruit:
if you don’t have all the different kinds of berries, use just
raspberries, blueberries, or a frozen berry mix.

Preparing a Fruit Sauce
To enhance the flavor of your fruit, you can quickly prepare
a simple sauce. Place raspberries and blueberries in a pot with
sugar and lemon juice.

Simmer over low heat for a few minutes, until the fruit begins to release
its juices. There’s no need to blend it completely
. A few whole pieces will give the dessert a pleasant consistency.

Allow the sauce to cool before assembling. Pouring it
over the cream while it’s still hot may cause it to lose its consistency.
