Ingredients:
Dough:
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup (approx. 100 ml) sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 pinch of salt
• ½ cup (approx. 100 ml) oil
• 1 packet baking powder
• 2.5–3 cups (approx. 300–350 g) flour
Filling:
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 100 g jam
• 1 packet vanilla sugar

Prepare the dough: Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add the oil and baking powder, then gradually mix in the flour until a soft, pliable dough forms.
Shape and fill: Form the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press a small indentation into each ball using your finger or the handle of a wooden spoon. Briefly boil the jam, cornstarch, and vanilla sugar together, let the mixture cool slightly, and fill the indentations.

Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (325°F) for 10–12 minutes, until the cookies are light golden brown. Let them cool and enjoy—ideally on the same day, before someone else steals them!
