Simply perfect. Since then, I’ve often baked this quick quark cake when I’m short on time or when my family is craving something delicious and easy to make. It has become a true everyday favorite—one whose recipe I’m barely allowed to share with anyone anymore.

Ingredients:

150 g sugar

1 packet vanilla sugar

3 eggs (size M)

100 g butter or margarine (melted)

100 ml milk

A pinch of salt
