Now it’s time for the melted butter. Pour it slowly into the mixture while stirring constantly to ensure everything blends well. This amount of liquid makes the cake wonderfully moist and gives it a great texture.

In the next step, mix the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl. Add this mixture to the curd cheese base in small batches, folding it in carefully.
