Ingredients
For the crepe batter
250 g flour
2 eggs
500 ml milk
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons melted butter

200 g chocolate spread (e.g., hazelnut-nougat spread)
2 bananas
A little melted chocolate for decoration (optional)

Instructions
Mix the flour, vanilla sugar, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Add the eggs, milk, and melted butter, then mix everything until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes so the crepes turn out especially tender.

Lightly grease a frying pan and cook thin crepes in batches over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Set the cooked crepes aside on a plate to cool.
Spread a generous amount of chocolate spread over each crepe. Peel the bananas and cut them into suitable pieces, or place them whole along the edge.
Roll up the pancakes.
